Thank you for shopping with Raj Singh's POWERED BY M/S RAJ SINGH ENTERPRISES. To provide the highest quality craftsmanship, our catalog operates on a Made-to-Order model. Your total waiting time is split into two phases: Processing & Production Time and Transit Delivery Time.

1. Processing & Production Time

Standard Catalog Orders (Made-to-Order): 6 to 8 Business Days Because our standard shoes are produced only upon order confirmation, please allow this time for individual assembly, strict quality inspection, packaging, and dispatch from our workshop.
Please Note: Any completely customized or highly personalized orders outside of our standard catalog may require extra production time depending on the specific customization requested. .
Cutoff Times: Orders placed before 06:00 PM IST (Monday–Friday) will begin production the following business day. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next immediate working business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping across all regions in India.

Shipping Method: Free Standard Delivery
Transit Time: 2 to 4 Business Days
Total Estimated Delivery Time (Standard Catalog): You can expect your made-to-order catalog purchases to arrive at your doorstep within 8 to 12 Business Days from your date of purchase.

3. Order Tracking

Once your shoes are completed and dispatched, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the courier's website to monitor your shipment's movement in real-time.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

Address Changes: If you need to modify your delivery address, contact us at support@rajsinghs.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production has physically commenced, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations: Because our shoes are made-to-order, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production materials have been cut, and cancellations are no longer accepted.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Items: In the unfortunate event that your package arrives damaged, please email photos of the damage to support@rajsinghs.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can immediately initiate a priority replacement build for you.
Delayed Shipments: If your package does not arrive within our estimated delivery window, please contact our support team so we can investigate with the carrier.
